The person and perspective behind the work.

Sam Bellotte is a South Carolina-born-and-raised property manager with experience across rental operations. Sam began as a leasing agent, advanced to assistant manager and business manager, and now works as a property manager.

After seeing how overwhelmed many self-managing landlords became while balancing rental responsibilities with their own careers and businesses, Sam created Bellotte Property Consulting. BPC helps self-managing landlords organize the systems, documentation, communication, and recurring processes behind their rentals—so they can spend less time on administrative busywork and more time growing their business.

BPC provides consulting and systems support that keeps owners in control of their property and its decisions. The goal is to help owners build practical workflows that fit the way they already operate.
